Line 5 will be an unnecessary expense & knowing from experience
Line 6 that its use does not contribute to our health or comfort
Line 7 therefore pray to be exempted from any part of the expense which
Line 8 will be incurred by its introduction. Wishing to have
Line 9 no part nor cost in this matter. We also request that if it be pro
